An unofficial posture for those who know and love Bikram:
Joint “Fail”bilization
We started learning mobilizations in Musculoskel yesterday. Feeling for the give of the ligaments and tendons was compared to feeling the stretch of a garden hose. R1 was the first threshold to feel for, I don’t quite have the touch yet….I think I’m all the way at R50 :
Kitchen Level UP !
GOOD NEWS EVERYONE! Today is the first official day of me having a dishwasher. How exciting, I feel like a real grown up. Time to cook the most elaborate and dish intensive meal ever…
A Cinematic Odyssey – Year 3
Did you know I’m a huge film buff? I hate that term, “film buff” but I suppose it is accurate. I like film and I’m pretty buff. Ha ha, just kidding. It’s official…you’re talking to a second year DPT student!
I met some “first years” yesterday, so you know what that means… WE ARE SECOND YEARS! Class of 2014 is moving on up. My friend Cait and I were reflecting (yes, yes it is something we do frequently) about how we often feel like little Lucy when people hear we are physical therapy students, time … Continue reading
