A Cup A Day

Last night I had a beautiful dream that I saw the sunrise over Cape Town.

Then I realized, I did.

For all my friends preparing for exams or finding the stress of the holidays overwhelming, remember the importance of sleep for restoring the mind body. Don’t wear exhaustion like a status symbol. Take care of yourself.
