Hip Hip Hooray ! (for opening the femoroacetabular joint)

So how can a little yoga help my tight hips? These are some of my favorite hip opening postures…I practice at least 1-2 every day. I know it is a bit of a long video, so check out the short hand at the bottom for the list 🙂
