Emerald City Anatomy

Two AMAZING things are happening at this moment:

1) This is officially my first blog as a Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (!)

2) I am blogging from 10,000 feet in the air [which is about 19 miles (which only 43 miles from space)….future = now]

This past weekend I traveled to Seattle, WA to teach an anatomy course for Yoga Instructors.

The Grinning Yogi Teacher Trainees

The amazing group of Grinning Yogi Teacher Trainees

It is a beautiful thing when you have the opportunity to combine two things you are deeply passionate about and I was very grateful to be involved with such a great studio and group of yogis. It is true what they say, you learn so much teaching. I look forward to developing this course and integrating it into my future as a Physical Therapist. A few sneak peaks:

This was also my first time in Seattle. What an incredible city! First of all, it is essentially paradise for Coffee fanatics (present company obviously included!) from fresh roasted arabica at Victrola to almond milk cappuccinos at Bauhaus, I was in heaven. More to come about the Emerald City, but for now I’ll just leave you with two iconic Seattle landmarks:

Victrola
